Lead Marketing

The Lead Marketing role owns client success for Debox Marketing by translating strategy into measurable growth outcomes. This role leads a team of 8, comprising 2 Assistant Team Leads and 6 Marketing Strategists and is accountable for ROI delivery, data discipline, platform excellence, and process adherence across US-based B2C clients including restaurants, dental chains, and online grocery businesses.This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with deep execution capability across performance marketing, analytics, and conversion funnels.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Delivery

  • Own performance and output of the Marketing team
  • Coach Assistant Team Leads on execution quality and client management
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all deliverables

Client Growth and ROI Ownership

  • Drive client success through measurable improvements in leads, orders, revenue, and conversion metrics
  • Translate business goals into channel wise marketing strategies
  • Act as the final escalation point for performance and delivery issues

Performance Marketing and Analytics

  • Own Meta and Google Search strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Deep dive into funnels, attribution, retargeting, and audience behavior
  • Use analytics insights to continuously refine campaigns and budgets

Data and Process Discipline

  • Define and enforce daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly tracking metrics
  • Ensure accurate tracking across campaigns, POS systems, and reports
  • Drive data led decisions and rapid course correction when needed

Core Deliverables Oversight

  • Monthly social media content banks
  • Paid campaign ideation and execution
  • Email marketing strategy and execution
  • POS setup, testing, and validation
  • Performance reporting with clear insights and actions

Required Experience and Skills

  • 8 plus years in performance driven digital marketing roles
  • Strong hands on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Search, retargeting, and analytics
  • Proven ability to lead and scale marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of B2C funnels and conversion optimization
  • High data orientation with comfort working on dashboards, reports, and trends
  • Experience working with US clients preferred
