Operations platform scoped process by process
Debox worked with Neuskale, a title-search company in property history verification, to scope a custom operations platform. The engagement began with in-depth sessions with Neuskale's management team to understand the title-search process in detail — order generation, searching, typing, client requests, and invoicing — before any platform was designed. From there, Debox developed a detailed scope of work, including rules, validations, and conditions for each step of the process, which became the specification for the platform that was ultimately built.
